Assessment & Business Plan

We assess your profile against BC's scoring criteria and develop a business plan meeting provincial requirements.

Expression of Interest (EOI)

Your profile is registered in BC's entrepreneur pool. BC periodically invites the highest-scoring candidates to apply.

1–4 months

Full Application Submission

Upon receiving an invitation, you submit the complete package — business plan, financial documents, credentials, language results.

4–8 weeks to prepare

Entrepreneur Agreement & Work Permit

BC issues an Entrepreneur Immigration Agreement. You apply for a work permit to enter Canada and begin establishing your business.

2–4 months

Business Establishment

You operate your BC business, meeting the performance milestones in your agreement — investment deployed, jobs created, active management demonstrated.

12–24 months

Provincial Nomination & PR

BC nominates you for permanent residence. You apply to the federal government — typically processed within 6 months.
