Immigrants do not stay in the UK after the visa expires

The newly updated immigration act states that a person who stays in the UK beyond the time of their visa validation or in other ways fails to meet the conditions of their leave may be charged for an offense and will be punished by paying a certain amount of fine or even being imprisoned for up to 4 years.
